Does anyone know of a way to print an entire sgf in chuncks of moves on a Mac. I know drago had such a feature but WINE isn't really an option.

No, nothing for Mac. The only way I've found to do that is with SmartGo on Windows, saving to PDF with n moves per diagram. (There are certainly other Windows programs that do it...)

Does GoWrite not do it? I just was looking around on Sensei's. A lot of these links are out of date, I'm afraid: http://senseis.xmp.net/?GoTypesetting.

gowrite 2 works fine. I used it just the other day to print out the board positions from a game of mine.

Cgoban 3 (KGS) will do it, but it's a bit more work:

Go to the last move you want in the diagram
click Options -> Number Moves
click Options -> Print -> PDF -> Save as PDF

May I remind of Drago exporting capabilities. Some PDF examples:

- exporting a game collection there
- Japanese commented game there
- Chinese commented game there

and so on. Board, stones, coordinates, layout, headers and footers can be controlled. More examples there.

You'd want the game printed out with only a certain number of moves (< 50) showing their number in each diagram.

KGS doesn't support that, right?

I've been able to do it on cgoban with the number moves and print features, its just a little slow going.

Once you get the hang of gowrite 2, doing what you want to do on a mac should take less than one minute per game record. Unless you are looking to do a batch of dozens of game records at once, there should be no "slow going".

I was going to suggest gokifu.com
but I'm not quite sure how it works.
