John Power's Go News Column Will End

For the past 13 years, John Power has written a monthly or semi-monthly column on Go News that appears on the Nihon Ki-in website, but it appears that he has written his last such column. The column goes into less wide ranging detail than similar reports by John F (that's neither good nor bad, mind you--they serve slightly different niches), but it wasn't merely a list of results like you'd get from the tournament tables--you would see biographical facts, records or brief comments on a player's style.
For Americans, this also means the loss of the Redmond report.
