Life In 19x19

Over the last week or so, I've noticed that L19 pages seem to be loading slower. Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just a problem with my network?

All pages, or just specific pages?

I haven't noticed any slowdown. But I don't frequent Malkovich pages which are (imo) the most complex.

I'm not sure. It seems like it might be taking a little longer to load than usual but then again my computer is slow to begin with so I'm not really sure.

I haven't noticed any issues myself. However the more posts you have set to display per page, the longer it will take to load. And on threads with a lot of diagrams or sgf's it could slow down your page loading a bit.

I have had intermittent problems. 20 posts per page, and it wasn't always diagram heavy posts.

I've been noticing this too, actually.

can you tell me what times it does this and your location?

I can't say what times off the top of my head, but I'll note it the next time it happens. I'm in New England.

Eastern North Carolina--will add times when I notice them.

I have recently (esp. yesterday) encountered a possibly related problem: The list "View new posts" loads quickly, but the browser appears to continue loading the page forever although everything is already visible. Hitting "stop loading this page" helps. There is no problem with other pages (nor other sites), just the new post list page.

5:50 AM EST, Rocky Mount NC. I don't know if it's relevant, but at the time I had gone to unread posts and opened several posts in a few seconds' time. They all failed to connect. I tried a different website (can't think of what) and it worked. I got up, put on a pot of coffee and when I came back, things were normal.

Just had a problem with pages not loading at approx. 11:40-11:50 EST. Probably on L19's end, other websites were doing fine.
