iPad app dialogue

When I visit the site from my iPad, it often displays a modal dialogue asking me if I want to use an app for viewing phpbb sites. I tried the app, I didn't like it, but the advert continues to appear (note, I'm logged in when this happens). Would fixing this be more trouble than it's worth?

I'm using it. It's not great for diagrams but apart from that, it's convenient. Even, after you install it, the message is indeed still displayed if you access the forum from a web browser.

Yeah, you're right, this annoys me too. I'll investigate now. I will probably temporarily disable it and then add a configuration option or a cookie. Then again, maybe not; I can't imagine anyone wanting to see this reminder more than once or twice.
Edit: Okay, it's disabled for now. What are people's opinions on this? Does anyone want to have an option to re-enable this (maybe its their preferred way of launching the app)? Should it appear once per user?

FYI: I got the popup again today. Not sure if you expected it to still be disabled.

I got the dialogue last night as well.
I'm fine with seeing it once per person, or giving options along the lines of "Yes/Not Now/Never Show Me This Again." I'd heard of the app, but would never have thought of it again if not for the popup. And there are some nice things about it, even though I ultimately prefer browsing in Safari.

I'm seeing it too. Even though I have TouchBB installed.
