Newbie's Game vs Many Faces of Go (9kyu)

I've been playing a little over a week now and feel that I'm improving every day (I'm 17k on KGS now!). I just decided to play against the computer on 9k level on a 19x19 to see how I'd do. Would appreciate any comments and help/feedback :) .

One thing I noticed looking at the end of the game is that my shape is terrible! I know what bad shape is, I just always seem to end up with it even if I try to avoid empty triangles/lumps etc... Is there any remedy to dealing with this? It seems the better opponents can sort of 'force' me to have bad shape (if that's even possible?). If it is possible to do this, how can I force my opponents to have bad/inefficient shape? And also, someone was telling me that bad shape can be directly exploited - how?

Also, I've been hearing the term 'aji' thrown around a bit but Sensei's Library is not very precise in how it is defined. Can someone point out some areas of stones in the game that are 'bad aji' and 'good aji', and explain why this is the case, please?

Thanks a lot, much appreciated!

A few ideas. Note especially your broken shapes around move 60:

Thanks a lot :) . What's the best way to reply to white's move 58 instead of what I did?

You're welcome. :) N11 is probably better, but the problem started much earlier, when you neglected R9.
