Life In 19x19

The Tygem iOS app was updated today. I was also able to finally register an account via ipad.tygembaduk.com.

Oh man! I want to try this. Thanks for the heads up.

(too bad I don't own a widget...).

I like this App.

I've only played one game with it so far though.

Is there an iPhone version? Didn't find it when I searched tygem...

I decided to go and play a game with the iPad app.

I registered as an 18k there because I know the ratings are tough. Previously I had lost my first game as an 18k. I am 7k on KGS. Just now I played a game and won it by a pretty good margin on the Korean server. We'll see where my rating settles in.

For the moment it's an ipad-only app...I checked it on my iphone too

I can't understand why in fact : this is the same OS on the iPad and in the last iPhone so it should be at least compatible...

It'd only be compatible if the developers make it compatible. The screen ratio is different, and you'd need some additional code for a go client to be able to touch the screen and get a magnifying glass, which is what the other iPhone apps do, so you can avoid misclicks.

I am trying the iPad app. There seems to be no chat window or way to communicate directly with an opponent. Am I missing something? (It feels a little rude )
