Yet another fighting game

This game I beat my opponent pretty handily, but I was looking for comments on possible shapes my opponent could have exploited to turn it around. He also wanted to have it reviewed, so tips for either side would be appreciated. Also, please ignore move 97 on my part, it was extremely stupid, and I realized it immediately after I played the stone. I was concerned about keeping that chain connected to my live group for some reason.

Also, after making it to 9kyu and then not playing for a few days I moved back to 10kyu. Does this happen normally?

Thanks Ed, I was thinking about doing the double approach, but I wasn't sure how I would go from there. For some reason I thought I could make more liberties when we were in the capturing race with the chains of three stones each, but playing it out I would have died. I guess my opponent thought the same thing.

Yes, the double approach (on the 3rd or 4th line) is a lot of materials, but the first step is to play it and learn from there.

Fair enough! I guess the only way to learn to swim is to go into the water, if I ever get the chance, I'll give the double approach a try!

Ed, I disagree with your variation at 8- I think the game var was correct up to the knight's move, because your way seems to just give white a lot of corner territory for some okish shape in return.

W move 8 attach was bad, but you're correct about B move 9. SGF edited, thank you.
