A loss by 12.5 (10k)

This is a game I just played on KGS, I am black.
My opening turned out so good but later I got a little unsure what to do.
Until move 95 I was thinking I was totally winning and of course I did at that time but.
I know that 95 is really slow and small but I wanted to make sure that in case white tries something with the left group I'm safe.
I counted the left group dead and I went over some variations after the game and it is 100% dead! (according to my level of play^^)
My biggest mistake was move 101! That was a reflex play but I knew it was bad the moment I clicked.
After that all went bad I lost many stones and territory and fought back as much as possible but I still lost the game by 12.5 points.
I only blame my fast moves, I like to think things through, so a 25 minutes game is fine but 10 minutes is way to short for me.
I didn't even had time to count and see if I was still ahead, so I couldn't really plan my strategy there, my desperate moves and big mistakes at the end like 217 are all because of that little time problem^^
I belive my opening was great, I studied the opening fundamentals very hard in the past 3 days.
Move 66 looked like an overplay but wasn't sure what to do about it, I actually thought about attacking the top group since it looks small and weak.
I wonder is there some place I could have done better after 101?
I wanted to post this game since it is the first game this month that I really enjoyed.
I lost made mistakes but also learned much and it was kind of fun

at O2 seems like a good kill. White is very low on liberties.
