The 5th Annual Santa Monica Coffee Cup will be held Saturday, June 4, 2011, at the UnUrban Coffeehouse, 3301 Pico Blvd., Santa Monica, California. The temperature is liable to be cool and comfortable and the sky an attractive blue, as usual.

This year's theme color is Orange.

There is an absolute limit of 50 players so pre-registration is essential. The tournament fee is $10, plus AGA membership or renewal if necessary. Send an e-mail to abc@okun.name with your name and AGA number if you have one. Eric Cotsen, should he attend, plays free.

Prizes include coffee beans and the prized, hand-painted, each-one-unique "Coffee Cup."

Three rounds. Check in by 9:30 a.m. Rounds at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Prize-giving 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Ice water with lemon provided. Other food and beverages, including strong coffee, are for sale from the establishment, which we love and support.
