EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Every single time I open cgoban, I have to pause and read out the status of the black group in the middle of the board. Then I look at the rest of the board and wonder what the hell happened to black in the top. Then I try to determine the value of black connecting his 8-stone group on the left to his middle group. In short, I get nerd sniped by wms every single time I go to play on KGS.

Are you sure you're posting to the correct thread? (Of course, I'm not sure myself what Dusk Eagle is talking about)

I don't know why people keep linking to this edition of the book -- its diagrams are so full of errors (see discussion in this old thread http://www.godiscussions.com/forum/showthread.php?t=417 ).

Maybe its because the 2nd edition is only in postscript and not in PDF. (and that may be because its so much larger (18m vs 1.5m)

It took me awhile to figure out what you guys were talking about. Maybe that's because I usually use the applet these days.

I chose that game as my background because I like games with gigantic dead dragons. Preferably my opponent's, of course, but for the splash screen I decided to use a pro game instead.
