Life In 19x19

Sometimes I get stuck in the Games Analysis forum. I open a thread there, but then I can't click any other link (Board Index, etc.) for like maybe 5 mins later.

Doesn't seem to be limited to the Games Analysis forum. Happens in other sub forums also.

Huge timeout -- can't navigate site. Seems to happen several times a day. No one else has experienced this?

Strange. When you say you "get stuck", you mean the links don't work? You just can't connect to the site other than in that forum?

yeah, no matter which other site link I try to click, the browser just sits and spins.

OK, that's weird. Sounds like a computer/browser problem at first guess. Does your browser show lifein19x19.com in the address bar or www.lifein19x19.com? Do the links show the same in the status bar when you hover over them, or different?

I go for the www. and the links match.

Does the bug only happen when you access topics with diagrams in it?

And are you on highspeed internet?

Also what OS and browser are you running?

1) I thought it did at first... but later discovered it didn't matter. In fact, once I got stuck trying to post (and almost double-posted)

I've not yet noticed from home (mac/ff), but usually, by the time I get home from work, I just want to go to bed and sleep.
