How does the scoring work, is it buggy?

I won 11 games and lost 2 this month (my username is skoj).

Sure I won 3 times against one opponent and twice against another but that should still give me at least 6 points? I can't seem to figure out why the system gives me 17 points?

at the end of the month there is a bug that somehow avoids the two game rule. If you played 3 or more games against opponent the scoring is 0 points. I manually remove all those games at the end of the month since i cant find out how to fix it.
