Feeling bad for winning

Today I won a game by resign on OGS. I squeezed a really huge group of my opponent
and killed it (no capture). My lead was huge, and a few moves later she/he resigned.
To my own amazement - I felt bad when I read the automatic resignation message in my inbox :D
I know it's usually not neccessary to ask the "Am I the only one..." question (one seldomly is), but I wanted to ask you anyway! So what's your experience here ?

As you play go longer, you'll start hitting plateaus where you will wish the other player would resign so you can finally break your losing streak

Losing one game is not the end of the world for the other player. Remember that there is a proverb for beginners which says
"Lose your first 50 games as quickly as possible".

There have been several occasions when, after being the beneficiary of a horrendous error, I have felt truly sorry for my opponent, sometimes enough to offer an unsolicited undo.

I don't feel bad as much as get upset when an opponent mis reads big time and ruins a nice thinking game.

So I'm pretty 'successful' at the moment :D

I've felt bad for winning before. As a matter of fact, I have a habit of apologizing for huge captures. Especially if they say something about it. Or if it happens in rapid succession where I kill several groups. However, I've also had quite a few moments where I feel happy for losing when I can see how happy it makes my opponent. Sometimes it's worth more to lose than win, I suppose.

My first opponent at my last real life tournament felt bad about winning against me:

I kind of insisted he took the win, although left him with whatever option he was most comfortable with. Sometimes this sort of thing happens
