QQ's .wgs converter

I'm looking for a way to convert a wgs file (qq's weiqi game record), either format specifications or file converter.

You could try stonebase, which can open WGS file and should be able to save to sgf format.

I've just found it. Downloading and will try when done.
Meanwhile, I'm going to update senseis' page about it. Links are dead.
