Is there a dictionary of go terms in print?

I know there are several dictionaries of go terms online and many books have short glossaries of common terms, but does anyone know of a small book or printed pamphlet that could be carried in a pocket?

Perhaps take the ingredients from
these pages on Sensei’s Library and then roll your own and print it out?

Contemporary Go Terms by Chiyung Nam
