Tygem install error

I'm getting this error when trying to install Tygem:
Running Windows 7, any ideas?

Well I have no idea why, but I redownloaded the installer using IE instead of Chrome. Now it's installing. Actually I think I clicked "run this program" or whatever from IE instead of download/run as separate steps.
Maybe the Chrome version of the webpage points to some old/broken version of the installer? I dunno!
