I saw it on facebook a little while ago. Before your blog anyway, so you don't need to hint at anything sinister.

Unfortunately it's only volume 1 at the moment.
So I'm currently ordering the Chinese translated version which is complete (3 volumes) and available in hardcover :)
But I'll looking forward to the English version as well.

I actually just got the first volume in english; it looks pretty interesting. It's three games commented in detail with some personal anecdotes thrown in.

Did you get it directly from Baduktopia? I haven't gotten any reply from them after I emailed them.

I got it from the AGA pro test; they gave a copy to all the entrants, one of whom gave it to me.

The first volume is available in Europe and is stocked by Hebsacker Verlag in Germany. They are very efficient and post outside Germany. For information about the new series see:

Just bought all three volumes of the Chinese version - looks fantastic. The commentary is extensive and accessible for each game, and at roughly 100 pages per commentary, quite thorough as well :)

I just bought this from gogameguru (good service, order online -> doorstep just under 3 days in the UK) and am liking it so far. Nicely formatted with not too many moves per diagram (similar to JF's Kamakura).

I've been slowly working my way through this book and got to the end of game two today -- the page where the whole game is printed on one page -- they put the wrong game diagram on that page. They used the game diagram from the first game (with the ko moves from the second)

now I have to find the game record and print it out myself.
