minTime.html gone?

The quite interesting analysis that showed that the KGS ratings relationships broke down when a the rate of play fell to about 7 seconds per move used to be at http://www.igoweb.org/~wms/minTime.html, hanging off WMS' home page. It seems to have disappeared. Was it hopefully just moved somewhere else?
