Sorry – the reason I'll try to find somebody in the USA first:
(1) Cost of mailing the books.
(2) iTunes gift cards to offset the in-app purchase are bound to specific countries, unfortunately.

I had half formulated a review of Modern Master Games when I read it in Smartgo books.
