I really like the RSS feed, it actually has some (all?) of the text from each post, which is much better than GD or Senseis.

There should be an RSS icon in your address bar.

I should note that of all the forums I run (or ran) with higher traffic than GD, the only time I had CPU usage problems on cheap-o shared hosting was due to the RSS feed. Just a word of warning to the Admins that that might be one of the first things you'll have to look at.
