Anyone still alive recently who was a pro go player when the atomic bomb was dropped?

Im doing a chemistry project about niels bohr and he worked on the manhattan project so I was going to relate it to go by making my "modern connection" to niels bohr someone who player go at the time.

I tried looking it up but I can't seem to find anyone who lived past 1999.

I have a teacher (not a Go teacher) who is 82 now, whose birthday is Aug 6;
he lived halfway between Hiroshima and Nagasaki when they dropped the two bombs.
