Collaborator Aokame will be relaying the first of the SportAccord matches, with the live commentary provided by the tournament organization.

Actually, pandanet will broadcast the games with live video being provided on the SportAccord official website.
Maybe they will just be taking the moves from pandanet or SportAccord site.
