His ID here is "shikshin", he also has a Tygem account "roln". It is very easy to see him in Korean servers these days.

Btw, I tried the english Oro client wBaduk. What I felt is this is horrible. It has errors in betting, saving games, 1:1 chat, unicode support, and maybe many other things too. I'd never play in Oro if the Korean client was also like this.

I wish more players would test both clients like that and provide feedback.

For the same reason I usually use the Japanese clients for wbaduk and tygem. The English ones have a lot of weird quirks. The problem is that for both servers, you do need to pay to get all the features that KGS gives you.
