Segoe Tesuji Dictionary out of print?

Are the 3 volumes of Segoe Tesuji Dictionary out of print? Amazon Japan doesn't have them in stock, and today I checked the Japanese book section of kiseido and they are not there; for some reason there are only 2 things in the Japanese book section now: The Complete Games of Go Seigen and The 2008 Kido Yearbook

I know I had trouble finding them in stock for a while, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were out of print.

This is odd, I haven't heard anything about them going out of print, and by the looks of it most people didn't either. Lets hope someone can clear this up of us.

Recently a customer wanted them but I could only get vol 2 and 3 from Het Paard, they said something like "vol 1 is not in stock and will not become in stock in the future" so I think at least vol 1, and possibly all of them may be oop.

I just got a reply from kiseido and the books are indeed out of print.
I hope they get reprinted. It is quite odd that in Japan books go out of print even though they still sell.

This is shocking news! I just checked Yutopian for the Chinese version of the books and couldn't find them. There has to be demand for these books... they're too good to be out of print for long.

Well, if anyone wants them your best bet is to email kiseido. They told me they still have volume 3 in stock and they might be able to get you a used copy of volumes 1 and 2.
@Tengen, I hope you are right. But it can take them a few years before they get reprinted.
