Hello!

I'm new to the website AND the game. So, I'm a total newbie, so websites would be helpful.

I'm 17, will be 18 aug 30, 2010
um... I'm Crystal, Crystella is my nickname I got this year.
Oh, I JUST graduated! So hopefully I'll have more time to learn about this game.

Anyway, I'm new and wanna learn the game, so I can start beating my boyfriend's but instead of the other way around! :razz:

Welcome, and congratulations on your graduation!

The best interactive tutorial to the basics of go is still this: http://playgo.to/index-e.html
It introduces the basic rules and goes into some basic tactics. Go through it and see if there's anything you might not know.

After that, play some games, and ask questions.

You'll see that the community here is helpful and friendly, and can help you improve a lot.

Yes, this game is awesome. I hope you find that you enjoy the game enough to become a fanatic like most of us on here.
