under (time) pressure

Hi folks,
today I played a game against a friend at university. We started at 9 a.m. and had time until approximately 11:45 a.m. Still we had to quit before we could finish because I had to attend a meeting. So our moves got pretty improper at the end of the game record. Nevertheless, I would appreciate any hints you can give us on our game.
I was Black.
After chasing his large center group I didn't see :white:142 coming - at least not until the bystanding 2d professor started laughing very loud. I thought that I was not that far behind and should still try to gather some points. But as my meeting moved closer the succeeding moves were, at least, dubious.
As the result is "W+Resign" recorded, as it was my meeting interupting us.
I would be very grateful if you could point out the main mistakes of both Black and White.

there's only like 3 comments but these are what i thought.
idk if you could have killed the group but i'm pretty sure you could have gotten a lot more points out of attacking.

Quick notes:
White (and presumably black as well) missed a ladder at

.
Moves such as

and

cause me indescribable pain. If you learn nothing else from this game, learn to avoid moves such as these.

Since you went to all the trouble, why not 143 at C19? That looks like it leaves White with one eye to me. E15 is answered by F15.

Thank you all very much for your help.
@ unusedname:
Your comments on blocking the top rather than the left are very helpful. Unfortunately I rarely think about such moves.
To make profit with :black:109 would have been probably right even if the white dragon has not been fully alive after my :black:109.
@ Dusk Eagle:
The ladder at

was not my problem. But I misread another ladder before. I thought that I can catch

in a ladder.
Yes,

and

are not very elegant. Could you give an alternative to

?
@ ez4u:
I didn't see C19 in the game. And only when I made the sgf I saw F15. Probably I got distracted by the professor laughing at me.
@ cyclops:

: I know that attaching needs a working ladder but I don't know where this ladder might be. In the game I read for some minutes an thought that each ladder I found works.

was supposed to be a ladder breaker. L7 is locally good, of course, but I wanted the ladder.
I don't see that

at N5 works. Could you explain your idea?
I took quite some time for

and couldn't find a satisfying move. Your M8 is probably the best alternative to my move.

to

weren't good, yes. But I misread before playing

- I didn't see

coming.

You have to learn that the laughter of 2-dans is seldom to the point!
Time trouble is another question, and frankly I still haven't solved that one myself. In any case, keep it up.

Dusk Eagle has the clean answer. But this was what i thought, among other things.
Just a try

Hm, I don't see how L7 can make the ladder work for me. And to answer your

, I would give atari. But right now I'm stuck in a sequence which gives ko for seki. See variations below:
Edit: I just saw that you said "L8" in your last post and not "L7" as in your first. That's of course plausible again.
