Early draw offers and resignations...?

I just registered on Tygem and tried a few matches. Out of the first 4 the results were:
I'm a novice, maybe 28 or 27k, so 18k on Tygem because they don't go lower.
All opponents were flying PRC flags.
All opponents were 18 or 17k.
Of the four, the final opponent had only 10 games played. The other three were all in the hundreds or thousands.
The first one I chalked up to a sudden real-world conflict, but three in a row? This seems like odd behavior to me.
Is Tygem ddk play like this generally?
Or is it the Chinese?
Or is it the Beginner Room which I was in?
Or did I just have a bad run of opponents?
- draw offered after ~30 moves when I was slightly behind (naively accepted)
- after ~30 moves opponent resigned immediately when I played 3,3 to their 4,4
- draw offered after ~30 moves with no clear leader, I declined, opponent immediately resigned
- a real match that ended via opponent resignation at a reasonable point after ~180 moves
