Yup.
It's called Lifein19x19.com and is in the Clubs category, I believe.

If some dan level members would give some regular lectures there, it would probably attract more usage. Probably would need to announce it in the forum in advance.

I'll have to see about visiting there. I had no idea there was a room for us 19x19'ers.
