Apologies if I have posted this in the wrong place.

I live in the Uk and am looking at trying to get some yunzi stones and a decent board. Can anyone make suggestions?

I have been looking at Yellow Mountain Imports, on Amazon it says there not available currently, although Yellow Mountain appear to be still trading.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I want to hopefully make a one off purchase, so whilst I don't want to spend a fortune I would like some nice equipment, which would last.

Regards

Mark

Hi Both

Thanks for your recommendations.

I've seen Zen Minded before, So i'll probably go for them and Yellow Mountain for the board.

Thanks again

I've bought my books mostly online from all over the world.

For Chinese go books check my page on Collecting Chinese Go Books.

For Japanese books, try Amazon.co.jp but you usually need a seller willing to sell to international buyers. Of course I've also picked up some while visiting Japan. For old Japanese books, I recommend the Akasiya Shoten used bookstore when you are in Tokyo.

For Korean books, there used to be a student of Baduk who helped English speakers buy Korean books, but looks like that service is no longer available.

I once chased down a Korean book that I didn't have from Mohsart.se but it's not the most cost effective way to buy an Asian book via Sweden to be shipped back to Asia. It was out of print and I had a hard time finding it elsewhere. I don't think they sell Korean books anymore though. lol

You can also try Het Paard on their old webpage but not sure if they still sell some of the listed Asian books there because they seem to have a new website which doesn't list them.

English books which are in print I normally order direct from the publishers. But books which are out of print you have to search over time on either ebay or amazon marketplace and usually at high prices.
