Some self-comments:

:b67:: I should extend from stone a Q4. White can't win the ladder.

:b75:: Seems like L3 was the better option.

:b81:: In retrospect, maybe black should seal off the corner. Or maybe at Q12?

:b95:: This was bad. Maybe try at P18? I don't think life is possible then. But I could be wrong.

The rest is end game. But I feel those moves maybe weren't ideal either. I'm not entirely sure.

A few brief comments...

15: This is the kind of move where if you have to play it, you know you did something wrong. It you need to defend despite D8 being so close, you shouldn't have played this way in the first place. Actually, I think it's fine and you don't need another move - white has no move to prevent you connecting both over and above his stone. You could instead play the very nice move at D15, which is a nice extension to make you stronger in a much more active way.

19: Why here? It doesn't attack L17, because it isn't very close and white can just extend to O17 anyway. It doesn't threaten the corner, because it's 3 whole spaces away. It doesn't even prevent a white moyo in any useful way, because white only has 3 loose stones in the first place and wasn't really threatening anything.

59: This move usually isn't great because white just reduces the corner and runs away easily (like in the game...), though it's probably okay if you get an attack. Common things to consider instead are the atari at P3 (then push through or pull back, either way making strength on the outside. Actually, I don't really like any of the variations here so I'd probably do something else (Q2 or O4 are normal options) instead of M5. M5 isn't a good move unless it directly lets you attack O3 more than normal after the Q3 move.

70: I really want to play O5 now on fighting spirit grounds...but maybe it's rubbish ;)

73: This is just an admission of defeat - you just let white connect his stones up and make territory on the bottom after already reducing your corner. What was your pincer for in the first place if you're going to let white connect underneath *and* reduce.

77: This whole sequence feels bad...what is this move even for? GI guess you're trying to make eyes, but you're strong and aren't going to be attacked as long as white's P3 group isn't itself alive. I think you have to play M4 at the very least.

89: I don't see how you resisted playing Q7! Of course, it would be even better if white hadn't connected underneath with M2 - that's part of the importance of playing differently earlier.

93: Still very worried about eyes...even if your worries are well founded, a better way to deal with it would be to keep white disconnected and make eyes while attacking.

95: A safety move I guess, but even if you think P18 is weak you can play Q18 rather than cowering all the way back to R17.

I think the real mistakes are the two big ones early on (unnecessary gote on the strong bottom left group and kinda pointless invasion at the top), followed by a sequence of 'my stones are in trouble!' moves in the bottom right rather than realising the power of splitting white. That would make the bottom territory smaller and let you make eyes while attacking rather than in gote while white plays big endgame and prevent white invasions like the one on the right because the O3 group would have to spend longer living.
