Up to move 69, Black, then White.

I'm assuming that you are white, because black won and you describe it as frustrating.

12: Black has a double wing formation in the upper right. If he plays the 3-3 up there, it will become big territory very quickly. So you should play there now - or possibly invade at R14.

If you must play elsewhere, C4 is bigger than C10.
Play corners before sides. The most common - if not only - exception to this rule is when the side in question is between two corner groups facing toward the side. K17 was a good move, following that exception. But black's upper left corner does not face south, nor does your lower left corner face north. So the left side is not big enough to justify playing it before a corner.

Have a look at http://senseis.xmp.net/?RankingTheBigOpeningMoves

36: At this point, you have a won game. Keep him off balance with D9. He probably replies with D8, then you cut with E8.
Letting him reconnect the stragglers allows him to get back in the game.

52: This is an interesting choice. I'm not sure if it is good or bad.

54: You have two stones in trouble. You can probably only save one. Which one is closer to black's big potential territory?
Black has a the outlines of a corner that stretches from H16 to R6. If you fight along the G and H columns, his territory will just get bigger.
Play O17. You can follow it up with R17, Q17, M16 or M18, depending on how he answers.

70: You are alive. You have miai: J19, or E17 followed by D18 or D16. So you don't need to worry about life. Invade or reduce the big moyo on the right side NOW.

72: It may be too late to invade this deeply. He may be strong enough now so that a reduction around P14 is the best that you can do. If you must invade, maybe R16 is better to stay further away from the strong M17 and M15 stones.
It is very tricky to play this now. It was a great move 30 or 40 moves ago.

84: You can only get one eye here, so it might as well be a big one. Play O18. If he plays Q18, you can ignore it, for he cannot successfully cut at R18.

Black has shortage of liberty problems. He cannot approach on either side. But you are threatening both 'a' and 'b'.

$$. . X X O O O O X . |
$$. . . . . . X X X . |

And, FWIW, this is not even fully one eye:

$$. . X X O O O O X . |

$$. . . . . . . . . . |[/go]

...for black can start a multi-stage ko with 'c'.

102: This is the wrong direction. Your friends are over on the left.

134: L4 is much bigger.

Overall opinion: When you fought, most of the time you fought better than your opponent. But your strategic evaluation was off. You missed many big moves, and tended to play in the wrong direction. Keep an eye out for big moves, read Yilun Yang's page referenced above, and do a search on 'direction of play'.

BTW, welcome to L19. And good luck with your next game.
