Congrats on the win!
It depends on what you mean by "competently" :). For your level -- yes, you played well. I say white had lost by move 60 (though in 20-something-kyu vs. 20-something-kyu games, there's usually no reason to resign).

New lesson: generally, dont' "touch" weak or unsettled opponent stones (that is, usually playing in a point adjacent to an enemy stone is a bad idea). It forces them to become strong.

EDIT: Another general guideline: try to seek territory in the corners first (because it is easier), then go for the sides.

If it's your first game, congratulations! You will probably learn a whole lot just by playing at this point. I don't know how much a review can actually help you right now, I would just encourage you to play lots of games, and make sure that you are at least thinking trying to think about your moves before playing them. Hopefully you'll enjoy Go and learn a lot!

Correct - you caught most of your initial errors. The K6 stones are dead, so you get that territory PLUS a point for each dead white stone (and dont' forget to count stones you've already captured and taken off the board).

Also correct that p11 is "neutral," which is usually called "dame" (pronounced dah-may). There is a ko on the board at Q19, but in any event, Q19 is not anybody's territory-there will be a white or black stone there after the ko. Frankly, I don't see a ko threat on the board, so if black takes, black will win (so black will get 1 point from the captured stone).

So I think that all the territory I circled in red belongs to black, all the territory I circled in purple belongs to white, And the territory that I circled in green is neutral. I don't think that there are any dead stones left on the board because everything has the potential for two eyes, but is this true in all rulesets? Would the blocks of white that I labeled 1 and 2 ever be considered dead? Thank you very much for the input.

EDIT: Actually, on further review, I think that the white stones in the center, where are made the two green circles, are dead and all of that territory belongs to black, including the white stones.
EDIT2: And I believe that the red circle I made in the upper right should be neutral.

You're right on the edits. Also I think Q19 should be neutral if both passed, but if not, it depends on who plays first. If black plays, he can capture a stone. If white plays, the stones are connected.

As for 1 and 2, 1 has three eyespaces, and therefore has at least two eyes. 2 has two eyespaces, and has two eyes because of that. Both can't be captured unless white passes indefinitely.

Have you seen this page? I think you might learn a lot from it. I think right now you would benefit more from reading about general principles of Go than from getting detailed move-by-move commentary.

If you ever see me on KGS I'd be happy to play you and show you a few things. Look for me in the Life in 19x19 room, under "Clubs". (I'm sure several of our members would be willing to show you some basics.) You can also go to the Beginner's Room, under "Lessons", where there are lots of other beginners.
