I feel like you missed an opportunity with B33; the double atari at E13 allows you to break through his wall one way or the other, nullifying any influence he has taken in return for the corner.

37 looks small.

I don't like 53: you're making him stronger. His invasion at R7 looks ill-considered to me, and should be an opportunity for you to run r10 through into his nascent moyo. I'd probably play something like p9, p8, p7 etc right away, instead of strengthening him first.

Similarly, I don't really like 57+59. I've had bad experiences with this shape, as you are bumping your head. I don't know what would be better though, perhaps someone stronger can point something out. At the very least, I would have liked to cut at P6 for move 59.

B123: allowing hane at j10 is too painful. At this point I feel that you should extend at least once more. Consider a sequence something like J10, N13, P12, H10, I feel like B is ahead, and W has almost no way to reduce. So at this point, even simple moves like Q18, C9, etc should be sufficient to win.

65: This has to be at Q4. ( Bamboo joint is strong, empty triangle is weak. )

80: This wouldn't work if you play strong shapes.

111: You're forcing him to become stronger, and leaving a weakness of your own at S12, which you then have to protect. Just play S12 directly and let him worry about his cutting stone.

KGO,Yes, unless it's important to reduce White's liberty at P4, which is not the case here.
Specifically, if at Q4, then later when W hanes at Q2, you can block with the hane at R2,
but with your empty triangle in the game, when W hanes at Q2, you cannot block at R2; locally you have to submit to R3.
Also, your empty triangle left the weakness at R4, as Joaz noted.
Basic shapes and details like these are very important.
