hey guys
ive been learning this game now for about 4 months. Ive been playing magick baduk on my cell phone and i just bought janice kims learn to play go. (Im still kinda confused as to the scoring aspect. i.e. american, japanese etc.) I was just wondering...
is it possible to see things ...

are there any regulations concerning the size of a go set? I already know its gotta be 19 x 19 but what are the measurement requirements? can anyone that has played in a tournament offer advice?

how do i get a ranked/rated game on KGS?

ive been trying to score a ranked game to figure out my rank....
because i just started playing, i wouldnt be suprised if i was the very bottom of the barrel.
is a ranked game something i would have to pay for?

hey guys,
im wondering if there is some generally accepted means of filling out a kifu.
how do i indicate a space that has been taken 3 or 4 times by both colors?
what do those triangles mean?

im sure even the chinese played this game...
everytime stones are taken hostage, the one who took them has to drink the same amount of shots. the one that lost them drinks one shot.
something to think about on the next go congress after were done with the official playing.

ive been wanting to record and possibly IMPROVE my game. i win every so often on kgs. but on igs...the orientals wipe my butt with my face EVERYTIME!!!!

hi guys,
im wondering if there is a form a player can fill out to track their games, wins, losses etc.
i just started with all this, and i know we can record our games online, but its a bit much for a beginner.
if there is, where can i find it and print it out?
