tracking games on paper

hi guys,
im wondering if there is a form a player can fill out to track their games, wins, losses etc.
i just started with all this, and i know we can record our games online, but its a bit much for a beginner.
if there is, where can i find it and print it out?

I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you want a form to record the moves on, or a form to record what games you have played and against who? The former seems more obvious and likely to me, but I read your first sentence as meaning the latter.

thanks guys,
ive been wanting to record and possibly IMPROVE my game. i win every so often on kgs. but on igs...the orientals wipe my butt with my face EVERYTIME!!!!

That's just because the ranking system of IGS is broken in the low ranks.
