Foldable Goban and Stones
I'm looking for a foldable goban and stones that I can purchase online. I would prefer a cheap price, because the main reason of buying a foldable goban is so I can bring it around without it being *too* bulky, and I am not worried about the quality. I live in Hong Kong, so it needs to ship there ...

Re: One Space and Two Space Jump
That's a good idea, and since all games have jumps, as EdLee pointed out, I'll post one of my next games here then.

Re: Review Appreciated: 13k vs 13k
You are actually playing better moves than you give yourself credit for.
- (12) Instead of extending at C17, I should've extended to the right both for territory and to protect against an invasion
C17 was ok. The problem was moves 8 and 10.

I don't have any games to show, because this was just a question that I thought about and couldn't get my head around. It's very important to look at the SPECIFIC situation. It's very difficult to answer your question without a specific position. The following are all 2-space jumps; they may APPEAR ...

Review Appreciated: 13k vs 13k
This is a game I just played on the IGS server against another 13k player. My opponent disconnected, giving me the win, but I knew I lost the game. Any review on my game would be much appreciated. I am posting this game because even after reading Opening Theory Made Easy a few times, I am still ...

One Space and Two Space Jump
I have been reading Opening Theory Made Easy for a few days, and it uses one space and two space jumps to run away/attack a lot. Since both jumps can be cut, especially the two space jump, why would it be a good way of fleeing or attacking? In what sort of a position would these jumps be safe from ...

Re: Useful books to become stronger
I am new to Go, and I don't know the right way to study. It seems as though one has to just sit down and memorize many josekis and its variations.
If you're new to go, you don't have to sit down and memorize joseki. That is one of the last things you need to worry about. If you want to get ...

Re: Useful books to become stronger
Book reviews of 38 Joseki from Kisedo says that the josekis are sometimes outdated. Is it still useful if I study the book now?
38 Basic Joseki offers a representative selection useful if you invest 4 hours per joseki. It is a possible start for joseki learning, but nowadays there are also softer ...

Re: Review for âAttacking and Defending Moyosâ
Your review seems to be a mix of positive and negative thoughts about the book. Do you think it is worth getting? I was thinking of getting it along with many other books from Kisedo.
