Gu Li published his first book.

He published his first book <용연(龍淵)>. This is about 28 games he played against Lee Sedol. It is mostly analysis of the games. <용연(龍淵)> is name of legendary sword in Chinese history. I hope this book is translated in English someday soon.

This is my favorite match up when it comes to current players. If it were available, I would snatch a translation instantly.

Now what I'm really looking forward to is the Chinese version of 이세돌 명국선 – 전3권 [Yi Sedol Famous Games Selection (3 books)]. Then we can compare the thought of Gu Li and Yi Sedol on their own game in their own words:

13th LG Cup, Final 2 2009-02-25

This is the only game that has both players commenting in detail in each player's respective book on what happened during the game.

I'm sure this will be a very revealing and rewarding study.
