To Mr. Fairbain:
would it be possible to set up the book available also thru a service like http://www.bubok.co.uk/ where any user can buy the electronic version or a printed book?
Already some people asked me about it after I told them about this new book

As I said for The Life of Shuei, all other options remain under review. However, the constraints are these:
1. My priority is to issue Parts 2 and 3 of Shuei. That is about 100 commented games. Although 90% of the writing is done, it takes me a very long time to make the diagrams and format the html. 100 games will require about 3,000 diagrams for the Kindle edition.
2. Formatting for another device or paper requires a huge amount of work. A paper edition, for example, would require fewer diagrams, but that means re-doing diagrams amd re-writing text, as well as re-formatting.
3. Most of the alternative methods require me to spend money, either on a device to view the output, or to pay a company like bubok to produce a publishable paper book, or to buy e-ISBNs. Judging by sales so far (in line with expectations), even just one such option would mean I would lose money. I chose Kindle simply because I already had one and Amazon makes the process, for me, free and easy.
Because (1) is my priority, I am not even actively researching other options yet. But what's the hurry, anyway? We all learn patience from the game of go. I've already waited (and worked) over 20 years to issue GTAM. Patience aside, I do understand people feel frustrated when they can't have their favourite format. I would like a bound paper copy myself. But, in return, imagine my own, different frustrations at some of the comments I read on L19. We need to re-capture the old sense of working together as a go community if all these frustrations are to be overcome.
Bill Cobb has just bought a Kindle to view Life of Shuei, so that he can consider printing it. I have no idea which way he is leaning, but you may wish to write to him and/or buy Slate & Shell books as a way of persuading him. I am sure that there is no chance for GTAM because problem books have always sold badly, even in good times.

Around 12% there's a misspelt 'tehr'.
I'm amazed by how unpithy the advice can be.

Re: Gateway To All Marvels
I've completed the conversion to SmartGo Books format. Now it's being reviewed/proofread, so should be available fairly soon.

You mean compared to the Kindle version? Definitely. And any remaining issues found will be fixed in future updates.

Re: Gateway To All Marvels
조혜연 (Cho Hye-yeon) has recently posted on her Facebook page that she's completed an English translation of this work (among others).
Dear friends! I translated ten ancient books into English. You will meet them soon. I will definitely let you know when books are released. "The Gateway to All Marvels" is obvioulsy the masterpiece just like Homer's "The Iliad" or "The Odyssey".
Above all else, classics are the spiritual heritage of the human race and we can encounter the fountain of wisdom by leafing through the pages. "The Gateway to All Marvels" was published in 1347, and it turned out to be the oldest Baduk book ever written. Apart from the fact that it is the oldest book, it also contains profundities upon the Baduk board, particularly, all kinds of marvelous strategic moves are examined in the series. Every single problem has its own Chinese historical background, and the deep stories are encapsulated by the subtitle of each problem. The modern readers will be fascinated by the intellectual legacy, and I feel deeply honored to be the translator of the greatest masterpiece. As a translator, I tried to revise any kinds of inconsistencies I found in some variations, and if necessary, I also tried to make an easier sequence of the solution diagram.
