Nihon Kiin Go Books app: book titles?

Post by RBerenguel »

Anyone know the names of the books available in this app? The preview function only shows the ToC, which is not useful to find out if they are games, problems or whatever

What kind of books are you looking for?

One thing to be aware of is the lack of dynamic diagrams. AFAIK, only the Go World monthly magazine and the Shukan Go weekly newspaper have diagrams that replay when you tap on them. I bought a couple of the books but they are all simply e-versions of the dead-tree originals. I recently bought the second volume of the new yearbook to see if at least that had active diagrams but no such luck. My comments may be incorrect for some of the books, but I do not know of any from my personal experience.

Any kind of book I can get something out. Problem books are the easiest, since I can already know "right" or "wrong." I guess commented games are the next in usefulness, since they at least have variations.
