So it is the 31st of August, and there are still several unplayed matches:

In the winner bracket:
tommyray - Laman
Uberdude - celebrir

In the loser bracket:
lesenv - Marcus
oren - speedchase
hailthorn - rpchuang

(Since i have heard nothing further from NinG, Jordus gets a BYE into the next round for that match).

rpchuang has clearly and repeatedly tried to arrange something, but from the others I have heard nothing. Please post in this thread ASAP if you are still arranging your match, or if you have tried, but failed, to contact your opponent. If these matches do no happen quickly, I will be assigning winners. By lottery if necessary. :grumpy:

sorry for the delay, i haven't watch this thread closely since start of the tournament, so i sort of missed it is my turn to play.

given the condition to play at kgs, my game with tommyray is currently scheduled at Thursday 6th September, 20:00 Prague / Warsaw time

I have now heard from almost everyone, so I have good hope that the remaining games will be played shortly! :tmbup:

In the mean time, the games for round 2 of the Loser's Bracket can also go ahead, as far as the pairings are known. So that's:

Phew, first game I've played against a human in forever, it seems. It was a fun game! I managed to pull off a lucky victory though. I wasn't sure how to handle W's invasion at move 174, sadly. It ended up being Ko, and I lost the Ko, so W lived. :w1:


Edit: I reviewed the game, and realized why I failed in the bottom right. B 175 should be at S4, according to what I played through.
