Hello, I play on IGS. It is a game I won, but I think I made a lot of mistakes.
And if I don't put up a game now I feel like I never will and I really want to have a game reviewed because I think I could benefit a lot from having someone point out my flaws in thinking.
I don't know what to expect from a review, but any advice would be very much appreciated.
I think I give up on stones too quickly.
And my endgame is sloppy.
Hello, Please review my 12kyu game.

Re: Hello, Please review my 12kyu game.
26: Looks solid to me.
30: I like either k13 or d12 better
40: Yeah, pretty hard to play here when he has such nice shape in the center. Just k13 to stabilize the top group, then try to return to your options here later.
70: S5 and S8 are both tiny compared to your huge lower moyo.
80-98: You're playing like you're desperate to break into his territory, but really you have much more to lose; and exchange favors him.
You got beaten up a beat in yose, but I think you understand where you went wrong there.

Re: Hello, Please review my 12kyu game.
Thank you both for your replies.
I think Move 28, I didn't want him to get stronger by attaching to my D14 stone
And the peep on the other side looked like a weird shape.
I didn't like K13 because then I would be the one getting peeped and heavy and his group would settle fast.
I think M13 didn't bother me because i misread a variation and figured I would be safe.

I understand the feeling - but just because you are susceptible to peeps if you jump out, doesn't mean that your group is any less of a burden if you get sealed in completely!Unusedname wrote:Thank you both for your replies.
