Wow, that is a huge kill for a pro game! I remember "Killer" Kato Masao had some cool games with large groups dying. The first one to come to mind is Takemiya losing a group worth about 100 points.

100 points? That's nothing. I drop 100 point groups all the time. But this one looks like about 160 points.

A great group capturing game is game 5 of the second (1978) Kisei title match between Kato (W) and Fujisawa Hideyuki (B). In this game Fujisawa was facing three kadobans to hold the Kisei title. He undertook a ferocious attack and killed a large group of Kato's stones; "the killer" got killed. A detailed commentary is available in Go World issue 8. By the way, Fujisawa won the next two games, too, and defended his title. This was at a time when Kato was winning everything in sight.
