Well, after the weaknesses in my new play were pointed out I decided to take what I leaned. I feel like my aggressive play is still weak though. I need major improvement. At least I'm not receiving the pity handy cap anymore. I think my formations are still really weird. I believe I am still doing various things wrong. I am playing a 9 board in order to perfect the little details.

Black is my brother. I see a series of weaknesses in my play when I challenge him.

Honest feeling? Play someone stronger on KGS

It's hard to pick up on the points in an effective way when you demolish your opponent

I agree with topazg. The best solution is to find someone just a bit better than you who could be a worthy rival. Play many games with them and you'll see that you both improve. Make sure to play other players as well otherwise you could get into a bad habit if your rival keeps on falling for something or makes a mistake everytime, you'll get accustomed to puling out a win at the very last second. I suggest you start playing someone like trohde (I'm not sure that's the right spelling) anyway he's a 12k and decent, though I only had one match with him. If you can beat him easily, move on to someone near or at gnugo's level. If you beat gnugo start playing some dans possibly someone like dullah12 with his many aliases. If no one wants to play you like no one wanted to play me just because I was marked 6k? then use the automatch. Try and get a Tygem account since more people want to play there. If you don't know your rank, then just guess 1-2 stones above your rank because a 2d would be 3d on Tygem.
