My best guess is 8-12 kyu in KGS ratings.

It is really hard to tell from one game. I might guess black at around 15K and white around 10K or 12K. ( It is even harder to guess the strength of the stronger player because you can't tell if he is being pushed to his limits. If black had made a better move, could white have handled it? Who knows? )

Someone is pulling a joke here. This game is strategically and tactically very strong but it includes some minor technical oddities such as empty triangles and pushing through bamboos.

I would guess these are high dan players trying to conceal their strength.

Don't you see the inconsistency of a move like Black 31 versus the 41-43 combination? The confidence with which Black 81 is played? And then at 148 how White leverages the weakness of the left side against the big centre group. It feels like I'm watching high dan players who have their kids on their knees and occasionally let them click.

There is something definitely askew with this game.
