I am mostly intersted how should I prevent black from getting such potential.
Comments for other moves are also appreciated.

The first thought that I have is that you could have prevented black from having such potential with splitting moves, but you built potential while black was building his, so that's what you give up.

18: This strikes me as being the wrong direction. Your group here has already been strengthened by black's armpit hit. I would consider the cap at H13.
28: Maybe this was necessary, but I would hesitate to fix black's aji by attaching here.
38: Personally, I'd rather just invade the 3-3.
50: To me, it looks like your original idea of pushing through at P15 looks like a good way to still use the aji of your stone at O17.
104: Unnecessarily stengthens black. I would have played M15.
