... I figured I should introduce myself.

I've been playing Go on-and-off since I came across the game about 7 or 8 years ago. Later on, after introducing a few others to Go and meeting a stronger player who had recently moved to my area, I was involved in getting a few players together for what would become the Cork Go Club. One of the members went on to found the UCC Go Club at the local university back in 2007.

I tend to get distracted from the game by real life and have been away for about a year and a half this time, so have a lot of catching up to do, both on the board and online. I'm a little stronger than 10k EGF/KGS, but hope to improve/recover a bit over the next few months.

Since my schedule doesn't allow a lot of real-time play, I can mostly be found on OGS/DGS. I've also started playing a little on GoShrine (has that been abbreviated to GS yet? ^^ ) A couple of rarely-used accounts on other servers - if you see the username Signius anywhere go-related, that's probably me. Feel free to poke me for a game, or just a chat, if you see me idling around ^^
