New to GoPanda, questions about ranking and matching

Hi everyone,

I'm new to GoPanda (and Go itself and this forum) and I have a couple of questions, maybe you could help me out:

1) I have already played 27 games on GoPanda, but my rank is still provisional (with the "?" mark) and I can't figure out why. The FAQ sections says that I only have to play 20 games to get my rank and I try to play games only with people with confirmed rank and with standard rules.

2) I'm using iOS gopanda client and I can't find where is the matching feature there, because now I just have to invite players one by one and sometimes it takes a long time until I find an opponent.

If you log in to "net social plaza" at the pandanet homepage:
http://my.pandanet.co.jp/index-e.htm
you will see the number of games, for example:
Current win/loss tally and points: 21 wins 15 losses (rating 27 matches)

If you do not have a confirmed rank, then the number of "rating matches", i.e. matches with confirmed rank opponenents would be less than 20.

Battra, thanks! You are right: it's now only 17 games which were rated. Probably the first games were mostly unrated since I didn't know how to play only rated games before.
