This suggests itself to us as a candidate for the largest single seki but I’m sure someone will start trawling the databases to find a bigger one. Have fun!

It was played in the 3rd Kukgi final, game 2 in 1978.

No aji, keshi, kifu or kikashi has been harmed in the compiling of this post.

Mark, this seki involves 16 white stones and 16 black.

I know one game with a seki significantly larger (38 white stones and 29 black)
