Crazy Stone 2013 Download

Hey

Can someone help me please? I have been trying to download Crazy Stone 2013. I went through the payment process and got a confirmation email. I did not receive an email about downloading the game. I try to email support but can not send to the email address. I am sorry to post here but I have no idea who else to ask.

Why can I not send an email to a Japanese email address? Anyone know how to correct this problem?

Same thing happened to me a little while ago. I was kind of frustrated by the lack of response, and even emailed Rémi Coulom. In the end, it turned out that it was golden week in Japan, and they were not in the office. In a short while, I received another email with the link to get the software.

I don't know the reason they haven't responded to you, but I might give it a week. If you still don't have it after a week... Then post here again, I guess.
