Crazy Stone 2013 for PC download issue

Hi all,

I need help here. I already paid for the crazy stone software which cost $80 dollars on last Friday 12 July 13. After the payment is done, I have received the (Axes) settlement confirmation email. However, I haven't receive the download link email from Unbalance company yet. Already email the support@unbalance.co.jp 3 days ago but no reply from them yet. Does anyone know how to get the download link? I'm sorry to post here as I do not know who to ask and how to solve this issue.

Agreed. I seem to recall seeing a number of examples of this complaint but not examples of "it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten a response".

I suspect that the problem is with a mistaken impression of how large an operation at the other end. I suspect that this is a very low volume operation and instead of a large staff of people processing the purchases (and sending out an email with the download link) it might be only one person.

The confirmation of purchase might be automated from the website but setting up an individual download for each purchaser possibly a manual process.
